Voor ons team Ontwikkeling & Particpatie zoeken we een trainer voor ons GO traject. Ons team bestaat uit 17 medewerkers die zich bezig houden met het activeren van deelnemers die gebruik maken van een uitkering vanuit de Participatiewet bij de gemeente ?s- Hertogenbosch.De opdracht Je gaat samen met ??n van je collega trainers in eerste instantie 1 groep en na de zomervakantie 2 groepen per week begeleiden. Deze groepen bestaan uit mensen van alle leeftijdscategorie?n. De gemene deler is dat zij allemaal een bijstandsuitkering krijgen. Jij begeleidt, motiveert en activeert deze mensen om hun eigen plan te maken. Je maakt hiervoor gebruik van het trainingsprogramma ontwikkeld door het Participatiehuis met een methodische aanpak. Je begeleidt, traint en coacht groepen. Je zorgt daarbij voor veiligheid, bevordert de groepsdynamiek en cre?ert een veilig leerklimaat waarin deelnemers graag komen.
