Art und Umfang der Leistung: CPV-Code: 38000000-5; Art und voraussichtlicher Umfang der Leistung: Die Hochschule Anhalt benötigt einen CO2-Schüttelschrank mit 2 bis 3 Kompartimenten / stapelbaren CO2-Schüttel-Inkubatoren für die Zellkulturtechnik im Vorhaben „Verbundprojekt Optimum Antibody: Ressourceneffiziente Antikörperproduktion“. Ziel ist die Steigerung der Antikörperproduktion und der damit verbundenen Überwachung der optimalen Wachstumsbedingungen. Dafür sollen Suspensions-Zellkulturen in einem befeuchteten Innenraum, der mit 8 % CO2 begast wird, inkubiert werden. Die verwendeten Kulturgefäße sollen unabhängig der Größe verwendbar sein ohne große Umbau der Halterungen (Klebematte). Die Bewegung des Schüttelaufsatzes soll einer elliptischen bis Kreisbewegung entsprechen. Zudem sollten parallellaufende DOE-Studien oder Versuche mit unterschiedlichen Parametern durchführbar sein. Damit kristallisiert sich eine Zwei- , besser Drei-Einheiten-System heraus. Für die Beschaffung soll der CO2-Schüttelschranks mit dazugehöriger Installation und Wartung sowie Einbauten angeboten werden.
