Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje transport – dostarczanie samochodami typu „walking floor” odpadu o kodzie 19 12 10 (paliwo zastępcze) oraz odpadu o kodzie 16 01 03 (zużyte opony) z Instalacji Komunalnej – Centrum Utylizacji Odpadów Gmin Łużyckich w Lubaniu przy ul. Bazaltowej 1 do Górażdże Cement S.A, 47-316 Chorula, ul. Cementowa 1. Szacowana ilość transportów odpadów objętych przedmiotem zamówienia wynosi około 190 kursów. Podaną ilość należy traktować jako orientacyjną. Wykonawcy nie przysługuje prawo odszkodowania w przypadku nie wykonania wskazanej powyżej ilości transportów. 2. Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia: a)W zakres przedmiotu zamówienia - odpad o kodzie 19 12 10 (paliwo zastępcze) wchodzi: - Podstawienie z wystarczającym wyprzedzeniem czasowym gwarantującym dostawę paliwa zastępczego do punktu rozładunku w Cementowni Górażdże Cement S.A. w Choruli przy ul.
