Original language: French13-May-2026 Le Gouvernement de la RĂ©publique du Tchad, Ă travers le PIDACC/BN, a obtenu un financement de la Banque Africaine de DĂ©veloppement (BAD) pour financer le coĂ»t du Projet IntĂ©grĂ© de DĂ©veloppement et dâAdaptation au Changement Climatique, et entend utiliser une partie de ce financement pour effectuer les paiements au titre du marchĂ© relatif aux travaux de construction du barrage, de la piste dâaccĂšs et de lâamĂ©nagement hydro-agricole du pĂ©rimĂštre de Binder, dans la province du Mayo-Kebbi Ouest.
