- The Government of the Republic of Madagascar has received financing from the World Bank to finance the cost of the Road Sector Sustainable Development Project (PDDR), and intends to apply part of this loan to make payments under the Market for CONSTRUCTION WORKS OF AN R+2 BUILDING FOR OFFICE USE WITHIN THE PREMISES OF THE ROAD AGENCY.
- The Road Agency (AR) invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit sealed bids for the Construction works of an R+2 building for office use within the premises of the Road Agency.
- The procedure will be carried out by international competition using an Invitation to Bid (IB) as defined in the "Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing Borrowers", fifth edition, September 2023, of the World Bank ("the Procurement Regulations"), and open to all bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
- Interested and eligible bidders may obtain information from the Road Agency and examine the Bidding Document during office hours, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the address indicated below.
- The Bidding Document in French may be requested by any interested Bidder at the address below.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below no later than June 05, 2026 at 9:30 a.m.. Electronic submission of bids will not be permitted. Any bid received after the deadline for bid submission will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives and persons present at the address mentioned below on June 05, 2026 at 9:30 a.m..
- Bids must be accompanied by a bid security for an amount of 19,000,000 Ariary (or its equivalent in freely convertible currency).
