As part of the Transgabonais Railway Upgrade Program (PRN), the Gabonese State has requested financing from the French Development Agency ("AFD") to finance the cost of the Contract for stabilization works on the earthwork structure (OT_0017). It is intended that a portion of the funds provided under this financing will be used to make payments for stabilization works on earthworks (specifically cut slopes) located along the Transgabonais railway. 2. This contract concerns the stabilization works on the earthwork structure (OT_0017) which has experienced instabilities, of the Transgabonais railway as part of the Modernization and Security Program of the Transgabonais Railway (PMS) between Owendo and Franceville under financing agreement CGA1262 PMS.
