Within the scope of the contract, the execution of water pipe reconstruction within the TRV service area, including the construction of associated junctions and connections, and the reconstruction of connecting pipes, with the required restoration. Affected site and tasks to be performed: TRV Zagyvarékas Fekete Lajos street drinking water reconstruction (odd side) - existing DN 80 steel main pipe 899 fm / replaced D90 PE pipe PN10 PE100 SDR17 - main pipe connections (new connection) / 21 fm D110 PE pipe PN10 PE100 SDR17 - domestic drinking water connection (33 replacements) / 239 fm D25 PE pipe PN10 PE100 SDR17 - FF Fire hydrant (existing replaced) / 1 pc DN80 FF KB - FA fire hydrant (new installation) / 3 pcs DN80 FF KB The winning bidder must carry out the construction work based on the technical content issued during the public procurement procedure and the water law establishment permit No. JN/75/00112-11/2026, as well as the design documentation. If the technical description, which is part of the public procurement documents, also contains manufacturer and type designations, the Contracting Authority also accepts offers equivalent to the given manufacturer and type in accordance with § 46 (3)-(6) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X.30.). The proof of equivalence is the responsibility of the bidder. The ordering of all expert supervision is the task of the winning bidder. The technical professional content of the subject public procurement procedure is given by the technical description, written documents, where applicable, design drawings, and the unpriced cost estimate, which are part of the public procurement documents.
