Original language: GermanAuf dem Areal zwischen Berner Allee und Lienaustraße im Hamburger Stadtteil Farmsen-Berne entsteht ein neues Stadtteil-, Sport- und Kulturzentrum und eine neue Wohnbebauung sowie voraussichtlich zusätzliche Kita-Plätze. Der tus BERNE e.V. beabsichtigt den Abriss der Bestandgebäude und Sportflächen sowie Errichtung eines neuen, modernen, barrierefreien Sportcampus mit einem Multifunktionsgebäude, das den Anforderungen an Klimaschutz, Barrierefreiheit und Flächeneffizienz gerecht wird. Das Gebäude hat eine Grundfläche von ca. 1.140 m2. Geplant sind zwei große Sportflächen inklusive Umkleiden, diverse Sporträume und eine kleine Gastronomie. Das neue Gebäude soll ohne einen Gasanschluss auskommen, das Dach soll teilweise begrünt und teilweise mit Photovoltaik zur Stromerzeugung ausgestattet werden. Es ist beabsichtigt, die Heizenergie über Geothermie zu gewinnen und durch Wärmepumpen effizient im Gebäude zu verteilen. Die Ausführung erfolgt in 2 Bauabschnitten.
