Udbuddet vedrører indkøb og levering af en kontantfri betalingsløsning til folkeskoler og klubber i Roskilde Kommune. Indkøbet sker som Hardware as a Service og omfatter levering, installation og opsætning af betalingsterminaler, såvel som betalingsmidler, samt service, drift og hosting af det samlede kontantfri betalingssystem. Elever i de af kontraktbilag 7 omfattede folkeskoler og klubber skal kunne købe varer i skolens kantine ved brug af en kontantfri betalingsløsning. Løsningen skal kunne anvendes af samtlige elever fra 0.-9. klasse og skal være nem at anvende for alle elever i dette aldersspænd. På samme vis som ved køb i skolens kantine skal børn indmeldt i Roskilde Kommunes klubber kunne købe mad og materialer i klubben ved brug af den kontantfrie betalingsløsning. Betalingsløsningen skal bestå af en genstand, der kan bruges til betaling (betalingskort/-enhed, stregkode eller lignende) i Roskilde Kommunes folkeskoler samt klubber. Løsningen kan ikke alene være knyttet op på en mobiltelefon/smartphone, da Roskilde Kommune ikke har en forventning om, at alle elever har en mobiltelefon, og ydermere er der mobilpolitikker i kommunens folkeskoler med henblik på at begrænse brugen af mobiltelefoner i skoletiden.
