Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie i obsługa kredytu długoterminowego: 1) Przeznaczenie kredytu: finansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu oraz spłata wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań z tytułu kredytów i pożyczek do kwoty 15 115 164,32 zł. 2) Rodzaj kredytu: długoterminowy. 3) Waluta: PLN. 4) Planowany okres kredytowania: od dnia podpisania umowy do 30.11.2040 r. 5) Uruchomienie kredytu nastąpi w formie przelewu na rachunek bankowy Kredytobiorcy w Banku Pekao SA Nr 62 1240 3741 1111 0000 4456 5312. 6) Uruchomienie kredytu na podstawie pisemnych dyspozycji (jednej lub więcej niż jednej) składanych przez Zamawiającego w okresie od podpisania umowy do dnia 15.12.2026 r. (ostatecznym terminem uruchomienia kredytu jest termin 23.12.2026 r.).
