1. Celem zaciągnięcia kredytu w wysokości do 9.000.000,00 zł jest sfinansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu Gminy Oświęcim. 2. Decyzję o zaciągnięciu kredytu długoterminowego w wysokości 9.000.000,00 zł, podjęła Rada Gminy Oświęcim Uchwałą XXX/236/26 z dnia 20 maja 2026 r. na podstawie art.18 ust.2 pkt 9 lit. c i art.58 ustawy z dnia 8 marca 1990 r. o samorządzie gminnym (t.j. Dz.U. z 2026 r. poz.662) art. 89 ust.1 pkt 2 i 3 ustawy z dnia 27 sierpnia 2009 r. o finansach publicznych (t.j. Dz.U. z 2025 r. poz. 1483 ze zm.). 3. Termin wykonania umowy: do 145 miesięcy, jednak nie wcześniej niż od chwili zawarcia umowy do ostatecznej spłaty kredytu przewidywanej na grudzień 2038 r. Spłata rat kapitałowych wynikająca z umowy kredytowej następować będzie kwartalnie w okresie od marca 2027 r. do grudnia 2038 r. 4. Planowany termin zawarcia umowy: grudzień 2026 roku. 5. Bank postawi do dyspozycji Zamawiającego kredyt niezwłocznie po zawarciu umowy, jednak nie później niż do 31.12.2026 r. 6. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ 7. Zamawiający nie przewiduje możliwości spłaty rat kredytu w walutach obcych. Wszelkie naliczenia pomiędzy wykonawcą a zamawiającym będą dokonywane w złotych polskich (PLN).
