Original language: DutchHet doel van deze Europese aanbesteding is het sluiten van een Raamovereenkomst tussen RIVM en één Opdrachtnemer voor het uitvoeren van notuleerdiensten. De opdracht betreft de volgende werkzaamheden: Het schriftelijk vastleggen van verschillende vergaderingen, inclusief digitale/hybride vergaderingen. Het verzorgen van verslaglegging/notulen vanaf Teams of Webex-opname (of enige andere vorm van audio opname) van de vergadering. Dit kan een keuze van de Opdrachtgever zijn of bijvoorbeeld voorkomen in geval de notulist niet aanwezig kan zijn bij de vergadering. Het corrigeren en het definitief maken van de opgestelde notulen. Het inplannen van notulisten op aanvraag of volgens de aangeleverde planning (vergaderingen). Het RIVM hecht veel waarde aan het transparant vastleggen van beslissingen, discussies en diverse meningen die aan besluitvorming in de vergaderingen ten grondslag ligt. Om onafhankelijkheid te waarborgen en draagvlak te creëren bij diverse stakeholders/ deelnemers, wordt het uitvoeren van notuleerdiensten uitbesteed. Het gaat om verslaglegging van vergaderingen van verschillende werkgroepen, commissies en bijeenkomsten, congressen of presentaties. Het notuleren van verschillende vergaderingen binnen alle domeinen van het RIVM, waarbij onder andere beleid vastgesteld wordt en besluitvorming plaats vindt. De onderwerpen zijn heel divers. Het gaat daarbij vaak om medische, technische en vakinhoudelijke discussies. Opdrachtnemer dient verschillende uitwerkvormen te beheersen en is binnen heel Nederland inzetbaar. Daarnaast moet er digitaal en hybride gewerkt kunnen worden. Dit houdt in dat (deels) online-vergaderingen ook genotuleerd moeten kunnen worden. Binnen het RIVM vinden er jaarlijks circa 200 vergaderingen plaats die genotuleerd moeten worden. Een vergadering duurt gemiddeld ± 2 uur.
