Veřejná zakázka je rozdělena do dvou etap: 1. etapa proběhne v roce 2026 (Jana Opletala č.p. 1065/11) a 2. etapa pak v roce 2027 (Jana Opletala č.p. 77/9). Zadavatel požaduje, aby obě etapy provedl jeden dodavatel.
