Agency: UNDP | Reference: UNDP-MYS-00312 | Type: Request for proposal The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Malaysia seeks to engage a qualifiedContracted Partner to support the implementation of the Food Systems, Land Use and Restoration (FOLUR) Project in Sabah.The successful proposer will conduct a comprehensive gap analysis of existing public, private, and donor-funded assistance schemes supporting oil palm smallholders, cooperatives, and community-based organizations (CBOs), identify barriers and opportunities for improvement, and develop practical, evidence-based recommendations to enhance the accessibility, effectiveness, coordination, and scalability of these schemes.The Contracted Partner will also design and implement stakeholder engagement activities, including workshops, roadshows, and information clinics, to strengthen collaboration among government agencies, financial institutions, private sector organizations, cooperatives, and smallholders. In addition, the partner will develop and deliver capacity-building programmes, training modules, practical tools, and advisory support to improve beneficiaries knowledge and capabilities in proposal development, financial management, budgeting, grant compliance, and access to available assistance schemes. The assignment will be undertaken over a period of 20 months and will be delivered through a series of defined outputs and deliverables in accordance with the Terms of Reference.Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
