Original language: slPredmet javnega naročila je Ureditev tlakovane ploščadi pred Kulturnim domom Velenje, ki se izvaja v skladu s kulturnovarstvenim soglasjem. Javno naročilo je sestavljeno iz dobave kamna ter izvedbe oziroma odstranitve obstoječega tlaka in polaganja novega tlaka (kamna). Izvajalec mora najprej dobaviti kamen, ki je skladen s tehničnimi specifikacijami naročnika oziroma za katerega je naročnik predhodno pridobil kulturnovarstveno soglasje, predvidoma v letu 2026.. Dobavi kamna sledi izvedba. Izvedba mora biti zaradi dogodkov in dogajanja na območju Kulturnega doma Velenje terminsko usklajena z naročnikom, predvidoma v prvi polovici leta 2027. Rok za izvedbo vseh pogodbenih del je najkasneje do 30.6.2027. Specifikacija naročila je v prilogi razpisne dokumentacije. To naročilo se oddaja z odložnim pogojem oz. bo pogodba podpisana v primeru, da bo naročnik imel zagotovljena sredstva v proračunu za leto 2027.
