Service of organizing and conducting a study trip abroad to Canada (Toronto) for entrepreneurs from the Małopolska Voivodeship operating in the field of Regional Smart Specialisation "Sustainable Energy"

The subject of the order is the comprehensive organization and conduct of a study trip abroad to Canada (Toronto) for entrepreneurs from the Małopolska Voivodeship, operating in the field of Regional Smart Specialisation "Sustainable Energy". as part of the project "Direction: Export and Investment - Małopolska". The order includes comprehensive logistical and substantive support for the trip, in particular: participants' air transport, local transport at the place of the visit, accommodation, participants' meals, participants' insurance, provision of a trip coordinator/leader, organization of study visits to institutions, companies and industry organizations related to the "sustainable energy" sector, organization of industry and networking meetings, provision of substantive and organizational support for the visit, provision of translation services during meetings and visits, preparation and implementation of B2B meetings with foreign entities operating in the field of Regional Smart Specialisations, particularly in the green energy sector, low-emission technologies, smart grid, hydrogen economy and energy efficiency, registration and participation of participants in an industry event/conference (if it results from the visit program), substantive preparation of the visit, including identification of potential business and institutional partners, other services necessary for the proper and comprehensive implementation of the subject of the order in accordance with the Contracting Authority's requirements. NOTE! If the political or epidemic situation in the country or the destination country/city of the trip makes a safe stay impossible, the Contracting Authority shall have the right to annul the proceedings on the basis of art. 255 point 5) of the Public Procurement Law or to withdraw from the contract on the basis of art. 456 sec. 1 point 1) of the Public Procurement Law.
