Service for the successive collection, transport, and management of waste marked with waste code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste processing other than those mentioned in 19 12 11

1. The subject of the order is - under the conditions described in the agreement to be concluded between the Ordering Party and the Contractor, the Invitation to negotiate and the negotiation protocol with the Contractor - the successive collection, transport, and management of waste classified under code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste processing other than those mentioned in 19 12 11, collected by the Contractor from the Ordering Party. 2. Waste may only be subjected to recovery processes R1 and/or R12, in accordance with the definition of these processes in the Waste Act of December 14, 2012 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2023.1587, as amended) / Annex IA to Regulation (EU) 2024/1157 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 11, 2024 on the shipment of waste, amending Regulations (EU) No 1257/2013 and (EU) 2020/1056 and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1013/2006, where 'subjected to a recovery process' means the commencement and completion of this process. 3. The subject of the Order includes the successive transfer of waste classified under code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste processing other than those mentioned in 19 12 11 in a total quantity of 1500 Mg (+/-) 10 Mg collected selectively - but not less than 200 Mg. 4. Waste collection: 1) The transfer and collection of Waste will take place solely on the basis of and in accordance with written [form under penalty of invalidity] individual orders from the Ordering Party addressed to the Contractor and delivered by e-mail, specifying the quantity of Waste and the deadline by which the Ordering Party expects its collection. 2) The Ordering Party will place individual orders when the quantity of Waste accumulated by it, to be collected on a given day, amounts to at least 16 Mg; 3) The Contractor will collect the Waste while maintaining the following technical infrastructure requirements at the Ordering Party's facility: a) the gross weight of a single entering vehicle (empty vehicle for loading) onto the Ordering Party's premises must not exceed 18 tons, b) the distances between the outer axles of a single vehicle must not exceed 16 meters in length, and the length of the vehicle must not exceed 18 meters, c) the loading of waste transferred in bulk takes place 'from above'; 4) After weighing the vehicle loaded with Waste, the Ordering Party will issue a warehouse release document. 5) The Ordering Party will prepare a Waste Transfer Card [KPO] for each batch of Waste collected from its facility by the Contractor's transport. These cards will be issued in accordance with the Waste Act. The Contractor will be responsible for confirming by the Operator of the Facility where the recovery process will be carried out, the mass and type of Waste specified in each Waste Transfer Card issued by the Ordering Party, in accordance with the Waste Act.
