Comprehensive organization of an off-site networking meeting for stakeholders of the Świętokrzyskie Innovation System and project staff, from 11-15.05.2026 to Portugal

1. The subject of the order is the comprehensive organization of an off-site networking meeting for stakeholders of the Świętokrzyskie Innovation System and project staff, from 11-15.05.2026 to Portugal. 2. A maximum of 15 people will participate in the networking meetings. The Ordering Party allows the number of participants to be reduced to 10 people. 3. The Contractor's tasks will include, among others: 1) logistical support for networking meetings (flight tickets, land transport, insurance), 2) service of off-site networking meetings in terms of accommodation and catering, 3) service of off-site networking meetings in terms of providing consecutive interpretation and a substantive supervisor, 4) service of the off-site networking meeting in terms of organizing and servicing meetings at institutions in Porto. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order (SOPZ) is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 5. The Contractor is obliged to take into account the requirements regarding the information and promotion of projects co-financed by European funds. All materials related to the implementation of the meetings, including information and promotional materials, attendance lists, should be marked in accordance with the visual identification system of projects financed from the European Funds for Świętokrzyskie 2021 – 2027 Programme. The Contractor is obliged to use the logos provided by the Ordering Party (European Funds for Świętokrzyskie 2021-2027, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, European Union flag, Polish flag) in all materials related to the implementation of the subject of the order and to follow the detailed guidelines regarding project promotion available at: https://funduszeueswietokrzyskie.pl/poradniki/fundusze-europejskie-dla-swietokrzyskiego-2021-2027/zasady-komunikacji-funduszy-europejskich-dla-swietokrzyskiego-2021-2027. 6. The Ordering Party: - has not divided this order into parts and does not allow partial offers, as it constitutes part of an annual order, and furthermore, the scope and nature of the subject of the order preclude its division for organizational and economic reasons, as well as due to its purposefulness, - does not allow for variant offers, - does not specify requirements regarding employment under an employment contract, in the circumstances referred to in art. 95 of the Pzp Act, - does not specify requirements regarding the employment of persons referred to in art. 96 sec. 2 item 2 of the Pzp Act, - does not reserve the right to apply for the order only by contractors referred to in art. 94 of the Pzp Act, - does not provide for granting orders referred to in art. 214 sec. 1 item 7 of the Pzp Act, - does not provide for a site visit and verification by the contractor of documents necessary for the execution of the order available on-site at the ordering party, - does not provide for the obligation of personal performance by the contractor of key tasks referred to in art. 60 and 121 of the Pzp Act; - does not require submitting offers in the form of electronic catalogs or attaching electronic catalogs to the offer, in the situation specified in art. 93 of the Pzp Act, - does not provide for reimbursement of costs of participation in the proceedings, subject to art. 261 of the Pzp Act, - does not provide for advance payments for the execution of the order.
