Maintenance content Scope of services: The maintenance includes all services to ensure safe, reliable and economical operation of the elevator systems. The elevator technicians used must have sufficient technical knowledge and practical experience in the field of elevator technology and be demonstrably qualified for the work to be carried out. The work must be carried out in accordance with the specifications - DIN EN 13015 - Operating Safety Ordinance (BetrSichV) - Technical Rules for Operational Safety (TRBS 3121) - Manufacturer specifications - DGUV regulations. The contractor will carry out the preventive maintenance of the elevator system in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications, the generally accepted rules of technology and the applicable legal regulations. All maintenance work must be documented. Defects found must be reported to the client immediately in writing. All services listed in the scope of services must be carried out in the documentation. The complete documentation must be provided to the client in digital form, in pdf format, after completion of the work. The documentation must be clearly assignable to the respective elevator system and the respective maintenance date. The documentation must be signed by both parties. The remuneration for the documentation must be included in the unit prices.
