Procurement of Retail Purchases

The City of Espoo, the Omnia Education Council of the Espoo Region, and Espoon Asunnot Oy (collectively referred to as the 'Client') are seeking bids from retail stores for diverse retail purchases in Espoo and the Helsinki metropolitan area (Helsinki, Vantaa, Kauniainen). The objective is to establish a framework agreement with up to 50 participants, providing a broad network of diverse retail and consumer goods stores for the use of city employees. The estimated total value of the procurement over four years, excluding VAT, is €10,000,000. This value is allocated among the organizations as follows: City of Espoo: €9,000,000; Espoon Asunnot Oy: €400,000; Omnia Education Council of the Espoo Region: €600,000. The City of Espoo, Omnia Education Council of the Espoo Region, and Espoon Asunnot Oy will each enter into their own procurement agreements based on this tender. This procurement aims to streamline and centralize the acquisition of various retail goods and services for the participating public entities.
