Voornemen tot aangaan publiek-publieke samenwerking HRA en GFT in de zin van artikel 2.24c Aw tussen de gemeente Breda en de gemeente Etten-Leur
De gemeenten Breda en Etten-Leur (‘Gemeenten’) zijn voornemens om een publiek-publieke samenwerking in de zin van artikel 2.24c Aw aan te gaan, gelet op de zorgplicht die op de Gemeenten rust ten aanzien van huishoudelijk restafvalstromen (‘HRA’) en groente-, fruit- en tuinafvalstromen (‘GFT’) binnen hun gemeentegrenzen. Daartoe zullen de Gemeenten een samenwerkingsovereenkomst aangaan (‘Samenwerkingsovereenkomst’). In de te sluiten Samenwerkingsovereenkomst leggen de Gemeenten over en weer vast welke taken zij in het kader van de samenwerking op zich nemen ten behoeve van de vastgestelde gemeenschappelijke doelstellingen in het kader van afvalbeheer, duurzaamheid en circulariteit. Daarbij hebben de Gemeenten in het bijzonder oog voor het Uitvoeringsprogramma VANG – Huishoudelijk Afval van de Rijksoverheid en daarmee samenhangende wet- en reg
