Het Voorwerp van aanbesteding betreft het vormgeven, drukwerk, bijhouden van socials adhv huisstijl en meedenken met campagnes voor Theater de Stoep.
De opdracht is opgedeeld in twee percelen. Deze indeling is gebaseerd op inhoudelijke en organisatorische verschillen tussen de betrokken culturele instellingen. Het Theater en NIS hebben ieder een eigen doelgroep, programmering, communicatiestrategie en werkprocessen. Hierdoor verschillen de aard en omvang van de benodigde communicatie- en drukwerkdiensten substantieel.
Perceel 1 – Theater Dit perceel omvat het volledige pakket aan communicatie- en drukwerkdiensten ten behoeve van het Theater. Dit betreft het grootste deel van de opdracht en wordt via deze Europese aanbesteding in de markt gezet.
Perceel 2 – NIS Dit perceel omvat de communicatie- en drukwerkdiensten voor de NIS. De waarde van dit perceel blijft onder de wettelijke grens voor onderhands gunnen van kleine percelen (artikel 2.21 Aanbestedingswet 2012) en bedraagt minder
