Stavba bude realizována v areálu Světovar, který je ohraničený ulicemi Koterovská ul. a Slovanská alej – na pozemcích parc. č. 3942/1, 3953/1, 3953/27, 3953/28, 14376/1, 14384/1, 14389 v katastrálním území Plzeň. Nový bytový dům bude sloužit primárně pro bydlení. V 1NP se bude nacházet nebytový prostor, který zatím není určený, předběžně se však počítá s jeho využitím pro prodejnu potravin.
