De gemeente Meierijstad is reeds enkele jaren bezig met een aanpak van vakantieparken. Op dit moment werkt het Ministerie van Volkshuisvesting en Ruimtelijke Ordening aan een instructieregel om permanent wonen op een recreatiepark onder voorwaarden toe te staan. In afwachting van deze regel wil de gemeente Meierijstad een actueel beeld krijgen van de brandveiligheid op het park en het bouwen in strijd met het Besluit bouwwerken leefomgeving en het Omgevingsplan. Daardoor ontstaat er ruimte voor de tijdelijke inzet van een toezichthouder fysieke leefomgeving. De werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Inventariseren of bij recreatieverblijven uitgevoerde bouwwerkzaamheden vergunningvrij of (omgevings)vergunningplichtig, meldingspichtig zijn. - Inventariseren of recreatieverblijven en het bijbehorende perceel brandveilig zijn. - Eventuele legalisatiemogelijkheden beoordelen; - Bureauonderzoek en controles ter plaatse uitvoeren; - Controlerapporten opstellen; - Ondersteunende rol tijdens handhavingstraject (juridisch/administratief); - Signalerende functie in het kader van ondermijning en/of zorgwekkende situaties op het park.Je maakt onderdeel uit van het team en kunt aanwijzingen en instructies krijgen over de wijze waarop de werkzaamheden moeten worden uitgevoerd.
