Requirement for Informatics Professional Services to ensure the ongoing reliability, efficiency, sustainability, and support of the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) Unit Level Tools Fleet and Crew Resource Management Software (ULTools) and its related applications throughout their life cycle. The requirement also includes maintaining up-to-date operating procedures and training materials for the RCAF.
