Original language: GermanSeit dem Jahr 2016 wird für den WDR im Rahmen der SAD-Kooperation und in Federführung für die gesamte ARD die Anwendung "Crossmediale Suche" entwickelt. Ziel dieser Software ist es, eine systemübergreifende Recherche im Archivmaterial der ARD zu ermöglichen. Dafür stellt sie zentrale Funktionen wie das Suchen, Sichten, Sammeln und Ausspielen von Inhalten bereit. Bis zum 31.12.2025 soll die Anwendung vollständig ausgerollt und im produktiven Einsatz in der gesamten ARD etabliert sein. Der WDR benötigt Dienstleistungen im Bereich Wartung und Support der Software "Crossmediale Suche" (Leistungsteil 1). Darüber hinaus benötigt der WDR Dienstleistungen zur Weiterentwicklung der Software (Leistungsteil 2). Letztere erfolgt im Rahmen eines agilen Entwicklungsprozesses, der eine kontinuierliche Anpassung und Optimierung der Anwendung ermöglicht. Hierfür soll ein Vertrag abgeschlossen werden. Die Laufzeit des Vertrags soll drei Jahre, mit einer einmaligen Verlängerungsoption um je ein weiteres Jahr, betragen. Die Ausübung der Verlängerungsoption wird der WDR in Schrift- oder Textform bis spätestens drei Monate vor Ablauf des Vertrages erklären. Vertragsbeginn: rückwirkend zum 01.01.2026. Leistungsteil 1 (Wartung/Support) wird als Dauerleistung für die Grundlaufzeit sowie ggf. bei Vertragsverlängerungen für die Verlängerungslaufzeiten jeweils verbindlich beauftragt. Bzgl. Leistungsteil 2 (Weiterentwicklung) erfolgen Abrufe von Leistungen ausschließlich bedarfsgesteuert und die Abrechnung nach tatsächlichem Aufwand.
