Original language: DutchDe Dienstverlening voor perceel 1 bestaat uit meerdere componenten, zoals hieronder beschreven. - Regisseur en adviseur inzake: o interieurontwerp en –advies bij inrichtingsprojecten/masterplannen. o beheer en onderhoud van meubilair in het kader van het verlengen van de levensduur. o inventariseren, taggen en registreren van al het meubilair in één Meubel Management Systeem (MMS). o faciliteren van een MMS (waartoe ook de Opdrachtnemer van perceel 2 toegang heeft en in kan werken); o opslag (inclusief logistiek) van het meubilair voor de Deelnemer. - Preventief onderhoud en Correctief onderhoud van meubilair met uitzondering van alle Werk-plekstoelen; die vallen onder perceel 2. - Refurbishen van bestaand meubilair en Extern gebruikt meubilair met uitzondering van Werk-plekstoelen. - Repurpose. - Redistribueren van bestaand meubilair. - Plaatsen van meubilair (inclusief cablemanagement). - Levering van: 1. Extern gebruikt kantoormeubilair; 2. Nieuw circulair kantoormeubilair; 3. maatwerkmeubilair; 4. huurmeubilair. - Advies over en delen van nieuwe ontwikkelingen (innovatie) in de markt op het gebied van circulariteit, duurzaamheid en de impactvolle werkomgeving. Onder ‘werkplek- en vergadermeubilair’ wordt - niet limitatief - verstaan: - werkplek-gerelateerd meubilair, zoals kasten en bureaus; - vergadermeubilair; - lockerkastopstellingen; - Cable Cubby; - restaurant- en terrasmeubilair; - belcellen; - accessoires en toebehoren van en bij bovengenoemd meubilair, zoals akoestische elementen, visuals/full color wandbekleding, kapstokken en staande lampen. Conform Beschrijvend Document is de reële raming van dit perceel € 61.770.953,=. De maximale raming bedraagt € 123.541.906,=.
