For this purpose, five guideline-based interviews on the topic of deportation practice will be conducted and evaluated with five employees of immigration authorities. The interviewees should work in different immigration authorities. The service contract consists of the following products: 1) Development of interview guides in consultation with the client 2) Acquisition of interview partners 3) Conducting interviews (if necessary, adaptation of the guides) 4) Transcription 5) Evaluation of interviews and preparation in the form of bullet-point summaries with selected quotes.
