Western City Area
About This Opportunity
TranslatedThis tender concerns a framework agreement for the provision of services within the western city area. The framework agreement will be fulfilled through individual call-offs, with the scope of services varying in quantity for each call-off. The exact number of assignments during the contract period cannot be definitively stated. The calculated scope has been estimated as accurately as possible based on existing experience.
On average, approximately 1,300 post-mortem examinations are to be conducted annually. Each examination is estimated to take around 60 minutes, plus travel time, resulting in approximately 1,300 hours per year. These figures are estimates, and there is no obligation to accept this volume. However, the contracting authority reserves the right to exceed the estimated volume by up to 20% in each instance, with the contractor's offered prices remaining valid.
Consequently, the maximum quantity under the framework agreement is 1,560 post-mortem examinations per year. Over the maximum contract duration of four years, this amounts to a total of 6,240 post-mortem examinations. The services are to be performed within the designated western city area, and the framework agreement structure allows for flexibility in service delivery based on fluctuating demand.
