Agency: WHO | Reference: EM/ACO/SUD/P/0009230 | Type: Request for proposal We are pleased to invite you to participate in this call for proposal for the Establishment of a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for Maintenance of WHO Sudan Vehicles, as per the attached RFP document. Important note: WHO will only accept offers including: a) The Company's technical and financial proposal, on official letterhead; b) Valid business registration and relevant licenses to operate a vehicle maintenance/garage business in Sudan; c) Any other relevant supporting documents, as appropriate. The following information must be included in your proposal: - Complete technical approach and methodology for preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance services; - Details of workshop facilities, equipment, and tools available; - Availability and sourcing of genuine/approved spare parts; - Proposed service rate schedule (labour costs per hour/job category) and parts pricing mechanism; - Validity of the proposal (minimum 3 months from date of submission); - Details of warranty offered on parts supplied and repairs carried out; - References from previous or current clients, preferably UN agencies, NGOs, or large fleet operators. Kindly be advised that proposals will not be opened until the deadline for submission has elapsed. The quoted rates must remain valid for the duration of the LTA, or as otherwise specified in the agreement. WHO's Financial Rules and Regulations require the implementation of a 30-day payment policy, and no advance payment can be envisaged.
