Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Development Budget GOB. Eligibility Requirements: 1) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 7(Seven) years. 2) The minimum specific experience in Construction, Supply, Installation and commissioning of Sewage Treatment Plant is at least 01(one) contract successfully completed within the last 7 (Seven) years, with a value of at least BDT 178.00 (One hundred seventy-eight) Lac. each in any Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous body of Bangladesh. 3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1.40 (One crore Forty Lac) during the best 05 (five) years in the last 07 (seven) years. 4) The minimum amount of liquid assets, i.e., working capital or credit line(s) (must be in the form of PW3-7) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 84.00(Eighty Four) Lac. Other formats/documents are not acceptable. 5) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be TK.1.78 (One crore seventy-eight lakh) to be submitted: ongoing work details, contract amount, bill payment amount, remaining works amount, and other required information. 6) The Tenderer shall submit Manufacturer(s) Authorization Certificate. 7) (i) The bidder must have submitted the Bioassay Test report, (ii) Green Patent A rating certificate, (iii) Treated Water Toxicity Test Result from any international organization, (iv) Evaluation and Validation report of the STP Process. 8) The Tenderer shall submit up-to-date IRC license, up-to-date ABC license and Electric Supervisory License, Up-to-date income TAX clearance certificate, Valid VAT registration certificate, Trade license.
