Description

Consultancy support to develop a Workplace Parking Levy (WPL) scheme. The Council are seeking to produce an Outline Business Case (OBC) for a Workplace Parking Levy scheme by March 2026 and as part of this, a consultant is required to undertake a number of specific tasks to help inform development of the OBC.
