(c) Part B - The Response Form and Returnable Schedules to be completed and submitted by Respondents. (d) Part C - The General Terms and Conditions comprising the proposed terms and conditions of the Agreement which will apply to all of the Separable Portions. (e) Part D - The Service Specifications for each of the Separable Portions outlining the technical scope and obligations of the parties.
