The subject of the order is the execution of the investment task entitled: Execution of the remaining scope of construction works for the investment "Construction of a municipal kindergarten in Zaleskie with accompanying infrastructure in the village of Zaleskie, Gmina Ustka" – on plot no. 251, cadastral district Zaleskie, Gmina Ustka, Słupsk County. 2. Description of the subject of the order: The order includes the execution of the remaining scope of works for a comprehensive facility containing all elements included in the construction documentation attached to the SWZ. The scope of the investment includes the comprehensive execution of the construction project, enabling the issuance of a use permit for the facility, starting from the execution of preparatory works and geodetic measurements, through earthworks, foundations, surfacing, construction and assembly works, insulation, installations, finishing works, and site development. The free-standing building will have 1 usable floor, without a basement, with a flat roof surrounded by an attic. Pursuant to art. 281 sec. 1 point 12 of the Public Procurement Law, each Contractor intending to submit an offer in the proceedings is obliged, before the deadline for submitting offers, to conduct a mandatory site visit and, at their own expense, to conduct a detailed inventory of the existing condition of the investment. The Contractor is obliged to submit a declaration of conducting a site visit along with the Offer – Annex No. 13 to the SWZ. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified by: the terms of reference attached to this contract, the description of the subject of the order (Annex No. 2 to the contract), technical documentation, technical specification for execution and acceptance of construction works, and as an auxiliary document, the bill of quantities, which as Annexes No. 10, 11, 12 form an integral part of the contract. The bill of quantities is an auxiliary document for preparing the Offer. 4. Works must be performed in accordance with the construction documentation, applicable regulations, standards, and as agreed in the contract.
