Replacement and modernization of server room infrastructure and 48-month service for the Primary Center at the headquarters of the General Directorate of State Forests in Warsaw.

1. The contracting authority acts on behalf and for the benefit of - the IT Department of State Forests, Sękocin Stary, ul. The subject of the order is the replacement and modernization of the necessary infrastructure of the State Forests Primary Center and the provision of 48-month service for the server room infrastructure at the headquarters of the General Directorate of State Forests, ul. Grójecka 127, 02-124 Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as the Primary Center - CP in the scope of: 1) replacement of the Primary Center's precision air conditioning system; 2) replacement of the UPS guaranteed power supply system: a. replacement of the CP server room guaranteed power supply system, b. replacement of the building's guaranteed power supply system; 3) expansion of the monitoring system; 4) service and guarantees of systems: a. CP server room power supply system, b. Server room guaranteed power supply system, c. Building guaranteed power supply system, d. Precision air conditioning system, e. SAP system, SUG and early smoke detection system, f. Server room monitoring system, g. Intrusion and hold-up alarm system (SSWIN), h. Access control system (SKD); 5) carrying out periodic inspections (quarterly and annual); 6) conducting a training cycle in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the Agreement. 2. The description of the subject of the order is Annex No. 1 to the Terms and Conditions of the Tender. Orders referred to in art. 214 sec. 1 point 7) of the Public Procurement Law (PZP) 1. The contracting authority foresees the possibility of awarding orders referred to in art. 214 sec. 1 point 7) of the PZP, within 3 years from the date of awarding the main contract, with a value of PLN 1,396,548.00 excluding VAT. 2. Orders under art. 214 sec. 1 point 7 PZP will consist in repeating services similar to the services included in the subject of the main contract in the scope of server room service, and the period for which they may be awarded will not exceed 48 months. 3. Orders under art. 214 sec. 1 point 7 PZP will be awarded after conducting a separate public procurement procedure in the negotiated procedure without prior publication. 4. Orders under art. 214 sec. 1 point 7 PZP may be awarded to the current contractor under the following conditions: a) the services performed so far have been performed or are being performed properly; b) the contractor accepts the essential provisions of the future contract; c) the parties reach an agreement on remuneration and the deadline for completion.
