Przedmiotem postępowania i zamówienia jest wyłonienie Wykonawcy w zakresie ubezpieczenia mienia i innych interesów Agencji Rozwoju Miasta Krakowa Sp. z o.o., odpowiednio w odniesieniu od 1 do 2 części przedmiotu zamówienia. 1.1 Zgodnie z art. 257 ustawy Pzp, Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość unieważnienia przedmiotowego postępowania, jeżeli środki publiczne, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie zamówienia, nie zostały mu przyznane. 1.2 Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: 1.2.1 Część 1 – ubezpieczenie mienia (PD), sprzętu elektronicznego (EEI), przerw w działalności ICE Kraków (BI) i jedno ubezpieczenie OC całej działalności ARMK, w tym działalności ICE Kraków, przy czym na część 1 zamówienia składa się zakres podstawowy oraz zakres objęty prawem opcji nr 1 i zakres objęty prawem opcji nr 2. 1.2.2 Część 2 – generalne ubezpieczenie inwestycji budowlanych i montażowych CAR/EAR wraz z Sekcją II odpowiedzialności cywilnej, w okresie od dnia 01.12.2026r. do 31.12.2028r. 1.3 Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych, odpowiednio w odniesieniu od jednej do dwóch części przedmiotu zamówienia, określonych w pkt. 1.2 opisu przedmiotu zamówienia. 2.
