Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa usługa obejmująca cykliczny odbiór, transport oraz unieszkodliwienie (utylizację) odpadów medycznych wytwarzanych w jednostkach organizacyjnych Zamawiającego, o kodach według katalogu odpadów: 18 01 01, 18 01 02*, 18 01 03*, 18 01 04, 18 01 06*, 18 01 08*, 18 01 09 przez okres 12 miesięcy licząc od dnia zawarcia umowy. Szczegółowy opis rodzajów odpadów oraz ich szacowane ilości w okresie obowiązywania umowy określa formularz cenowy, stanowiący załącznik Nr 2 do SWZ. Podane ilości mają charakter szacunkowy i służą do porównania ofert.
