Ensuring legal periodic inspections and checks of electrical hand tools and appliances in 2026. The subject of the public contract is to ensure: • the performance of legal periodic inspections and checks of electrical machines, electrical hand tools and appliances (this includes extension cords and power strips). The stated quantities are maximum: Lešany u Týnce nad Sázavou 366 National Memorial at Vítkov 10 Prague 6 – Bubeneč, Rooseveltova 23 196 Conference Halls, Tychonova Prague 6 – Hradčany 72 Army Museum Prague 3 - Žižkov 315 National Memorial of Heydrich's victims Prague 2 – Nové Město 8 Kbely Aviation Museum 112 Total 1079 • the inspection must be carried out in accordance with ČSN 33 1500 and ČSN 33 1600 ed. 2, ČSN EN 60 204-1 ed.3, and Government Decree 378/2001 Coll.; • issuing and handing over an inspection card (see annex) in written (printed) version for each inspected electrical hand tool or appliance and simultaneously in electronic form for the entire subject of the public contract; • issuing and handing over a summary handover protocol (see annex). Appendices "Draft Work Contract" including Annex No. 1 "Binding Price Offer – Specification of the Required Work" must be attached and completed for this offer submitted within the framework of VZMR. The invoice – tax document will be paid within 30 days of its delivery. The contracting authority is entitled to return an invoice – tax document without payment before the due date if it does not contain any particulars or has other defects in its content, and must mark them on the returned invoice – tax document. The contractor is obliged to correct or re-issue the invoice – tax document. By returning the invoice – tax document, the original due date ceases to run and begins to run again from the date of its re-delivery to the contracting authority. The contracting authority does not provide advance payments. The completeness of the performed service will be checked on the spot upon acceptance of the service. The offered price is the final price and includes all contractor costs, including transport to the place of performance according to Art. V, para. 5.2 of the draft contract, and is unchangeable for the entire duration of the contractual relationship. The performance period of the public contract is: from the effective date of the contract, but no later than 30.10.2026.
