Morska 81-87 in Gdynia - construction works". The aforementioned building is part of Object No. I of the Maritime University, which is entered into the register of monuments and is subject to conservation protection by the Pomeranian Provincial Conservator of Monuments. The works will be carried out based on a building permit preceded by a decision of the Pomeranian Provincial Conservator of Monuments allowing for construction and conservation works in a historic building. The contractor is obliged to maintain order on the construction site during renovation works. The scope of the order will include: 1. Protection of doors, windows, floors 2. Washing of doors, windows and floors 3. Filling of defects in walls and ceilings, 4. Execution of new plasters and smoothing on walls, 5. Execution of painting works on walls and ceilings 6. Execution of other construction works not listed above but necessary for the proper execution of the subject of the order; The contractor is obliged to perform the construction works being the subject of the order based on: 1. Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works "Fire protection of building A at ul. Morska 81-87 in Gdynia - construction works" 2. Bill of quantities - forming the basis for the offer valuation. NOTE: THE CONTRACTOR IS OBLIGED TO COMPARE THE BILL OF QUANTITIES WITH THE PROJECT DOCUMENTATION AND DETERMINE. IN CASE OF AMBIGUITIES IN THE SCOPE OF INDIVIDUAL WORKS, WHICH LEAD TO THE INTRODUCTION OF ADDITIONAL COST ITEMS OR CHANGES IN THE QUANTITIES OF WORKS, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL IMMEDIATELY INFORM THE ORDERING PARTY OF THIS FACT, IN ORDER TO MAKE CHANGES BY THE ORDERING PARTY TO THE SWZ BY MAKING THEM AVAILABLE TO ALL INTERESTED CONTRACTORS. AT THE SAME TIME, THE ORDERING PARTY INFORMS THAT THE OFFER PRICE LIST MUST BE PREPARED BASED ON THE BILL OF QUANTITIES OR BASED ON THE AMENDED BILL OF QUANTITIES INTRODUCED THROUGH SWZ AMENDMENTS.
