3.3. Contracting Authority's requirements regarding the subject of the order: 1) offered materials must have certificates, approvals and be registered in accordance with the provisions of law requiring certificates, approvals and registration; 2) offered materials must comply with the standards or technical specifications applicable to this product. 3.4. In cases where trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process characterizing specific products or services supplied by a specific contractor are indicated in the description of the subject of the order, it means that the Contracting Authority cannot describe the subject of the order in a sufficiently precise and understandable way, however, in every such situation, the Contracting Authority allows for an equivalent solution to those described above. In such cases, any indications of trademarks, patents, origin, source or specific process characterizing specific products or services supplied by a specific contractor should be read together with the words "or equivalent". By describing the subject of the order by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 sec. 1 item 2 and sec. 3, the Contracting Authority allows for equivalent solutions to those described. In such situations, any indications should be read together with the words "or equivalent". 3.5. The Contracting Authority requires the performance of the subject of the order on the terms specified in the contract. The projected provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the contract, constitute an appendix to the SWZ. INFORMATION ON INTENDED ORDERS REFERRED TO IN ART. 214 PARAGRAPH 1 POINTS 7 AND 8, IF THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY INTENDS TO AWARD SUCH ORDERS. The Contracting Authority does not intend to award orders referred to in art. 214 paragraph 1 point 7 of the Act Pzp. The Contracting Authority does not intend to award orders referred to in art. 214 paragraph 1 point 8 of the Act Pzp. 13. DESCRIPTION OF THE CRITERIA THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY WILL USE TO SELECT THE OFFER, INCLUDING THE WEIGHTS OF THESE CRITERIA AND THE METHOD OF EVALUATING OFFERS. 13.1. Offers will be evaluated based on the criteria specified in the SWZ and their weights. Offers will be evaluated point by point. During the evaluation of offers, points will be awarded to successively considered and evaluated offers for the following criteria according to the following rules: CRITERION PRICE weight: 80% CRITERION DELIVERY DEADLINE weight: 20% 21. INFORMATION REGARDING THE PERFORMANCE OF A SITE VISIT BY THE CONTRACTOR OR CHECKING OF DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR THE EXECUTION OF THE ORDER, REFERRED TO IN ART. 131 PARAGRAPH 2, IF THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY FORESEES THE POSSIBILITY OR REQUIRES THE SUBMISSION OF AN OFFER AFTER A SITE VISIT OR CHECKING OF THESE DOCUMENTS. The Contracting Authority requires a site visit before submitting an offer.
