Task No. 1 - area of the Road District in Chełm

Task No. 1 includes performing cleaning services in the road lanes of provincial roads in 2026 within the area of the Road District in Chełm, with a road lane cleaning length of 153.578 km. The task is divided into three stages: stage I - 133.468 km, stage II - 3.600 km, and stage III - 16.510 km. Implementation deadline: - Stage I: within 30 days from the date of handover of road lane sections - estimated start date of Stage I: April 2026 - Stage II: within 15 days from the date of handover of road lane sections - estimated start date of Stage II: August 2026 - Stage III: within 30 days from the date of handover of road lane sections - estimated start date of Stage III: September 2026. 1. Scope of services includes: - Cleaning of road sections along the entire width of the road lane on both sides from all types of contaminants such as sand, mud, trash, stones, dried branches, etc., as well as cleaning of road drainage devices, i.e., under-pavement drains, drainage channels. - In settlements with curbs, sidewalks, traffic islands, and pedestrian refuges, the roadway must be cleaned along the curbs for a width of 75 cm from each of the two edges, the sidewalk along its entire width, and bus bays along the curbs. - Cleaning of the roadway and sidewalks can be done manually or mechanically using appropriate equipment (sweepers, manual sweeping equipment) that ensures occupational health and safety conditions.
