1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa usługa zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych polegająca na: 1) przyjmowaniu odpadów komunalnych, wyszczególnionych rodzajowo w tabeli w rozdziale II OPZ we wskazanym i zapewnionym przez Wykonawcę miejscu przyjmowania odpadów komunalnych, 2) zbieraniu / magazynowaniu odpadów komunalnych, w tym w miejscu przyjęcia odpadów komunalnych, po ich przyjęciu, a przed przetworzeniem, 3) przetworzeniu przyjętych odpadów komunalnych w procesach odzysku (R) i/lub unieszkodliwiania (D), w instalacji lub instalacjach posiadających wymagane prawem uprawnienia do zagospodarowania poszczególnych rodzajów odpadów, wskazanych i zapewnionych przez Wykonawcę, zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa; 4) realizacji obowiązków sprawozdawczo-informacyjnych, 5) realizacji obowiązków gwarantujących Zamawiającemu możliwości realizacji uprawnień kontrolno-weryfikacyjnych, 6) realizacji usług i obowiązków związanych z wyrażonymi powyżej w pkt 1 – 5) usługami. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. Przedmiot zamówienia został opisany również we Wzorze umowy stanowiącym załącznik nr 11 do SWZ oraz Formularzu ofertowym stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
