1. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje realizację dwóch zadań: 1) Przebudowa nawierzchni w ul. Aleja Niepodległości (deptak) na odcinku od ulicy Kupieckiej do ulicy Bohaterów Westerplatte z elementami zielono-błękitnej infrastruktury, 2) Rozdział kanalizacji ogólnospławnej poprzez budowę kanalizacji deszczowej i retencję kanałową (zbiorniki retencyjne) w ul. Aleja Niepodległości (deptak) na odcinku od ulicy Kupieckiej do ulicy Bohaterów Westerplatte. 2.. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w załączniku nr I.2 do SWZ oraz w dokumentach, o których mowa w pkt 3.4. SWZ. 3. Przedmiot zamówienia należy wykonać zgodnie z dokumentacją projektową i Specyfikacjami Technicznymi Wykonania i Odbioru Robót zawartymi w załączniku nr I.4 do SWZ. 4. Inwestycji objęta jest dofinansowaniem dla projektu „Uporządkowanie gospodarki wodami opadowymi na terenie miasta Zielona Góra - Etap II” w ramach programu Fundusze Europejskie na Infrastrukturę, Klimat, Środowisko 2021-2027, działanie FENX. 01.02 Adaptacja terenów zurbanizowanych do zmian klimatu. Z uwagi na ograniczenia techniczne pozostała część informacji znajduje się w dokumentach zamówienia (SWZ).
