Provision of security and ushering services for Horácká multifunkční aréna

The subject of the public contract is the provision of physical security for the Horácká multifunkční aréna and ushering services for sports and cultural events held there. The activities concerned will consist of physical supervision and intervention in case of security incidents, ensuring the proper course of events, and protecting property, life, and health of individuals. The scope of services also includes control of entry authorization, prevention of damage, including monitoring of the electrical fire alarm system and the central security desk. Depending on the type of event, the selected supplier will provide ushering services independently or in coordination with another security agency. The physical security of the Horácká multifunkční aréna will be provided by the selected supplier independently on a 24/7 basis. Further conditions for implementation and technical parameters are detailed in the Specification of Security and Ushering Services, forming part C of this documentation, and in the draft contract, which forms part D of this tender documentation.
