Original language: csPředmětem veřejné zakázky je zajištění užívacích práv („licencí“) pro užití produktů společnosti Microsoft Corporation zahrnutých v rámci licenčního programu Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solutions tak, aby byly pokryty licenční potřeby na všech počítačích a dalších zařízeních nabyvatele předaných k hospodaření zřízených příspěvkovým organizacím, resp. vyjmenovaným právnickým osobám poskytujícím vzdělávání a školské služby, a to na tříleté období: 2026-2028. Předmětem plnění je konkrétně: a) dodávka produktu Microsoft 365 Education A3, tj. poskytnutí následujících licencí: AAD-38391 M365 EDU A3 Unified Edu Sub Per User; zadavatel požaduje, aby tento produkt (Microsoft 365 Education A3 s produktovým číslem AAD-38391) obsahoval všechny vlastnosti garantované společností Microsoft v době plnění této veřejné zakázky; současně s dodáním výše uvedených licencí je požadováno bezplatně (bez navýšení ceny) dodat licence k těmto produktům: AAD-38397 M365 A3 Unified Edu Sub Student Use Benefit Per User; RQL-00001 M365 Apps Enterprise Devices Edu Sub Add-on; b) poskytnutí souvisejících služeb zahrnutých v ceně licence a služby technické podpory prostředí Microsoft, přičemž podpora je vyžadována pro 98 uživatelů (škol a školských zařízení zřizovaných Moravskoslezským krajem) a nabyvatele (zadavatele). Seznam organizací je uveden v příloze č. 1 obchodních podmínek. Licence jsou určeny pro 98 uživatelů. Předpokládaný počet požadovaných licencí je 5 900, což bylo určeno kvalifikovaným odhadem vycházejícím ze zkušeností z předchozího období (2023-2025) dle počtu zaměstnanců definovaných jako Education Qualified User (Kvalifikovaný uživatel vzdělávání – jakýkoliv zaměstnanec nebo dodavatel, který má přístup k produktům, jež jsou předmětem plnění, dále také „EQU“). Konkrétní počet licencí bude stanoven na základě výročních, příp. také mimořádných objednávek zadavatele, dle kterých také proběhne fakturace ze strany dodavatele [k tomuto blíže viz příloha č. 1 zadávací dokumentace – Obchodní podmínky (závazný text návrhu smlouvy)]. Podrobné vymezení předmětu veřejné zakázky, včetně technických podmínek v podrobnostech nezbytných pro zpracování nabídky, je uvedeno v přílohách zadávací dokumentace.
