Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zajištění provozu elektronické daňové dražby (DEL) formou služby, spočívající v dodání, provozu a podpoře aplikačního řešení umožňujícího realizaci elektronických daňových dražeb v oblasti správy daní podle daňového řádu v souladu s platnými právními předpisy České republiky. Vytvoření a zabezpečení komplexní realizace (nasazení aplikačního řešení včetně uživatelského rozhraní pro jednotlivé role (správce daně, dražitel, administrátor a zajištění bezpečného provozu služby v prostředí splňujícím požadavky na ochranu osobních údajů a kybernetické bezpečnosti, integrace s relevantními informačními systémy celní správy, průběžná údržba, aktualizace a technická podpora služby po dobu trvání smlouvy, vytvoření dokumentace, poskytování uživatelské podpory a školení oprávněných osob), včetně popisu jeho jednotlivých komponent a informací o spolupracujících systémech a modulech a dalších souvisejících informací a požadavků je uveden v příloze č. 3 Smlouvy o podpoře (Technická specifikace k veřejné zakázce „Technická podpora systému elektronických dražeb – aplikace DEL CS formou služby“.
