Předmětem zakázky jsou služby zajišťující odvoz a odstranění odpadů kategorie nebezpečný vyprodukovaných zadavatelem, a to po dobu 24 měsíců pro Ústav hematologie a krevní transfuze. Podrobná specifikace odpadů a předpokládané množství vyprodukovaných odpadů je uvedena v příloze č. 5a) a 5b) zadávací dokumentace. Předpokládané množství vyprodukovaných odpadů bylo stanoveno na základě produkce odpadů zadavatele z předešlých let. Skutečně vyprodukované množství odpadů se bude odvíjet od aktuální situace zadavatele. Součástí předmětu plnění je přeprava vozidly, která splňují podmínky Evropské dohody ADR. Nakládání s odpady, které jsou předmětem veřejné zakázky, musí být prováděno ve smyslu zákona č. 541/2020 Sb., o odpadech a jeho prováděcích předpisů. Dojezdová vzdálenost z adresy provozovny zadavatele: U Nemocnice 1, Praha 2 do spalovny nebezpečných odpadů musí být maximálně 120 km.
