Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej w latach 2027-2028 dla Grupy UM Olsztyn reprezentowanej przez Gminę Olsztyn na potrzeby eksploatacji budynków i lokali użytkowych oraz zasilania urządzeń technologicznych, oświetlenia ulicznego i sygnalizacji świetlnej (kod CPV: 09300000-2 - energia elektryczna, cieplna, słoneczna i jądrowa; 09000000-3 – produkty naftowe, paliwo, energia elektryczna i inne źródła energii; 09310000-5 – elektryczność). 2. Łączny szacowany wolumen dostarczanej energii elektrycznej w całym okresie realizacji zamówienia ustalony na podstawie deklaracji poszczególnych Zamawiających „Grupy UM Olsztyn” objętych zamówieniem wynosi: 173 368,890 MWh (86 684,445 MWh/rok), przy czym ze względu na podział taryf, wyodrębniono odpowiednio dwa zadania: 1) zadanie oznaczone nr 1 – grupa taryfowa G,   2) zadanie oznaczone nr 2 – pozostałe grupy taryfowe objęte zamówieniem. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określony został w Rozdziale III SWZ oraz w postanowieniach umowy stanowiącej załącznik do SWZ. 4. Zamawiający (Gmina Olsztyn) na podstawie art. 38 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019r. Prawo zamówień publicznych został upoważniony do przeprowadzenia niniejszego postępowania i udzielenia zamówienia w imieniu i na rzecz pozostałych Zamawiających określonych szczegółowo w załączniku nr 7 do SWZ, którzy pod nazwą „Grupa UM Olsztyn” postanowili wspólnie przeprowadzić postępowanie i udzielić zamówienia na zakup energii elektrycznej na lata 2027-2028, zgodnie z zawartymi porozumieniami.
