Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i dostawa 35 kompletów aparatury pomiarowej (zwanych dalej stacjami monitoringu hałasu) do monitoringu hałasu komunikacyjnego. W skład każdego kompletu wchodzi: 1 miernik poziomu dźwięku, 1 stacja pogodowa oraz 1 system rejestracji struktury ruchu pojazdów wraz z zasilaniem (stałe łącze prądowe oraz akumulator podtrzymujący), statywami i oprzyrządowaniem umożliwiającym zamontowanie zestawu na ścianie budynku lub, w przypadku montażu na stacji monitoringu jakości powietrza, na kontenerze lub maszcie. Stacje powinny mieć możliwość całorocznego pomiaru i przesyłania niezbędnych danych pomiarowych na serwer GIOŚ oraz posiadać oprogramowanie sterujące, a także oprogramowanie do analizy danych zgodnie z wymaganiami metodycznymi (w tym automatyczne rozpoznawanie i klasyfikacja źródeł hałasu, obliczanie wskaźników środowiskowych, raportowanie danych).
