1. Przedmiot zamówienia zaprojektowanie, wykonanie, dostawa i montaż nowego segmentu S4 komory próżniowej stanowiska badawczego dalej zwanego „segment S4”). 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia (dalej OPZ) określa załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 3. Pozostałe warunki zamówienia zostały określone we wzorze umowy, stanowiącym załącznik nr 4 do SWZ. 4. Uwaga! Przed złożeniem oferty, Zamawiający zaleca, aby Wykonawca dokonał wizji lokalnej miejsca wykonania przedmiotu zamówienia w celu zapoznania się z jego specyfiką i zakresem. Udział w wizji lokalnej jest fakultatywny. Wizja lokalna winna być wykonana na koszt własny Wykonawcy. Aby wziąć udział w wizji lokalnej należy złożyć Wniosek o uczestnictwo w wizji lokalnej na adresy e-mail wskazany w SWZ. 5. Zamawiający w ramach przedmiotu zamówienia przewiduje możliwość skorzystania z OPCJI w zakresie wywiercenie otworu, wspawanie kołnierza i montaż przyłącza procesowego DN300 w ilości 5 sztuk określonych jako zapas w tabeli „Wykaz normaliów dla oszacowania kosztów” w rozdziale 3.3 OPZ, we wskazanej lokalizacji na segmencie S4 na terenie Zamawiającego. Zamawiający zastrzega dokonywanie zamówień częściowych ww. ilości według potrzeb. Szczegółowe zasady OPCJI zostały określone w dokumentach postępowania.
